The Summit was designed for all residents to have peace of mind, and that commitment is ongoing. In fact, we have been selected by the University as a Crimson Choice property for our commitment to security and safety every year since the program was founded.

Security features include:

• Controlled-access gated entrance system with 8′ tall perimeter fencing
• Fully lighted parking lots and breezeways
• Quarterly after-hours lighting and safety audits
• Annual rotation of gate access codes
• Well-lit and access-controlled common amenities
• Electronically monitored fire safety systems
• Fire suppression sprinkler system
• Deadbolt locks and peepholes in every front door
• Security video camera system with 15 cameras monitoring throughout the community.
• Emergency access system for police and emergency personnel
