Here you’ll find all of the documents needed to secure your unit at the Summit Condos. Please choose the floorplan you are interested in and complete the Leasing Application. Students will also need to complete the Parent/Guarantor Form. At that point, you can either scan and email the completed applications to summitcoa@gmail.com, fax to 205-556-0372; or bring them by the Summit office during business hours.
We will process your application(s) and get back to you within three business days. If approved, we will contact you to make an appointment for you to pay your security deposit (check, money order or credit/debit) and pick up a copy of your lease (and Pet Addendum if applicable) for signature by you and any roommates and/or guarantors. Once the signed lease (and all addendums) are received by the Summit Office, we will execute the agreement and your lease will be finalized.
